Globe trotting troubadour Carus Thompson has toured the world alongside The John Butler Trio, The Waifs, Xavier Rudd, Jack Johnson & Pete Murray, selling over 30,000 albums along the way.

After 8 studio and 2 double live albums, and 25 years of hitting the road he’s built a loyal fan base, always delivering passionate, energetic, folk-rocking shows that entertain and engage.

He’s won a WAM Song of The Year, been a finalist in the highly respected International Song Writing Competition and is a favourite on the national festival circuit

His passionate and genuine pub-rock approach to performance, sets him apart from the majority of singer-songwriters. A Carus Thompson show will always be a journey through quiet ballads, to all out rockers, to some dance-floor fillers, all delivered with his unpretentious, crowd-inclusive energy.
