Daddy Issues Ep Launch

Rejoice! After too many years of endless interruptions and blatant procrastination, femme punk/grunge four-piece Daddy Issues have finally gotten their shit together and are releasing their long-awaited debut EP 'Daddy Issues' – a collection of five cathartic tracks that channel the fury of womanhood into the crunch of a distortion pedal, thunder of a solid kick, and snarl of a woman scorned.

To celebrate this release, the grrrls are taking over Stay Gold on Friday April 12th to give you the most DELECTABLE and DIABOLICAL live music event ever seen on this side of the Yarra. There will be lightsaber duels, golden gods, wailing demonic plastic babies, raffles with unfathomable prizes, exclusive merch, and more female rage than you'll know what to do with. That's a Daddy Issues promise.

Joining them for this unforgettable night of pleasure and merriment are:

*The Maggie Pills* – a ferocious six-piece outfit who reimagine punk through an emotionally visceral lens, crafting a magnetic and intense live performance that will astound and amaze.

*Baby Mullet* – a fiery, femme-fronted three-piece that are sure to blow minds with hard-hitting and unapologetic punk rock tracks paired with their exhilarating stage presence.

*Dilemmas* – a formidable and theatrical post-punk act that will enchant the masses with their dark poetic sensibilities, fierce punk attitude, and dynamic live performance.

*77WOUNDS* – an innovative art rock audio-visual duo, combining driving bass and drums with apocalyptic vocals and staggering visuals to create an electrifying live show that isn't to be missed.

With a lineup as stacked as that, you'd be downright foolish to miss out.

After all the rockin' and rollin' has wrapped up, Daddy Issues will also be gracing the decks next door at the front bar Ollie's to offer up what is sure to be the most dubious DJ set known to man. A questionable decision at best, but one that is sure to keep the party going well into the night.

Doors at 6.30pm, be there or perish.

xoxo Daddy Issues
