**Future Sounds Festival** is a new mini-festival curated and produced by **General Admission Entertainment** and **UniBar ADL** to be held at the University of Adelaide on Kaurna Land on Saturday June 14.

It is an unapologetically fresh line-up of artists playing new material, producing new sounds and some in brand new projects all together.

Headlined by [BIG NOTER](https://www.instagram.com/thebignoter/?hl=en), (for the first time in South Australia) the all-new project from Aboriginal Australian icon **BRIGGS**. Tapping into his hardcore, punk and metal roots, with a full live band in tow, trading hip-hop beats for giant riffage in a return to the heavy sounds he grew up on.

Sydney-based [SHADY NASTY](https://www.instagram.com/shady_nasty/?hl=en) are a raucous live show  at the boundaries of alternative punk and contemporary hip-hop. After skipping Adelaide on their _Trek_ album release jaunt this will be the first time they play this new material in SA.

[BONES & JONES](https://www.instagram.com/bonesandjoness/?hl=en) come to Adelaide with new record _In Colour_ in tow for the first time. The frenetic energy of their live show has seen them support artists like King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard, The Nude Party (USA), and The Murlocs.

[XIAO XIAO](https://www.instagram.com/xiaoxiao.meowmeow/?hl=en)'s _Left Right_ is high on rotation in the GAE office and we are pretty stoked to bring them to Adelaide to debut their brand of east coast post-punk. _“Fight like a butterfly sting like a gee / Don’t talk to me you gronk / You can catch me at the rooftop / Fuck around and you’ll get chopped ”._

Introducing [DELUNA](https://www.instagram.com/delunaband/?hl=en), a prog-rock-rap trio, 2 parts Adelaide 1 part Melbourne by way of Quebec playing for the very first time live after dropping their debut album _Chaos_.

Plus Adelaide's surf-psych-reggae duo [WITCH HUNT](https://www.instagram.com/witch_hunt_band/?hl=en), femme punk noise machine [BABYTEETH](https://www.instagram.com/babyteethb4nd/?hl=en) and SA mid-coast post-hardcore force [FREEGOLF](https://www.instagram.com/freegolfoneword/?hl=en).
