She self-released her only solo album, Live at Blues Alley in 1996. Tragically, Eva passed away from melanoma at just 33 years old, never witnessing the impact her music would later have.  
  
Two years after her death, her breathtaking covers of “Fields of Gold” and “Over the Rainbow” gained worldwide attention. Posthumous releases, championed by Blix Street Records, saw her album Songbird become an international sensation, reaching #1 across multiple countries and selling over 12 million copies globally.
