Bench Press are calling it quits. That's it, there isn't anymore. They ain't going out at their peak, nor at their lowest, but at a nice mid point - all good things must come to an end.  
  
Bench Press have always been all heart, all energy, all passion, all intensity, all the time. That's been pretty evident across their three albums, two 7"s, two NZ tours, one tour of Europe, a bunch of Australian tours, one thousand Melbourne shows and a gazillion KMs of pacing.  
  
Join them for their two last shows at The Old Bar on March 21 and 29. Spread over two weekends so they can blow their voices out. Go hard or go home.  
  
This isn't going to be sad, it's a celebration.
