'the laundromat song' was written mere days after an emotional breakup and mourns lost love, but recognises the heart of the matter - the greater good.
with the intenion of immortalising emotion through art, chelsea costar writes indie folk music for those with big souls. within her music you'll find love letters to what once was, what is, and what is yet to come - entangled with poetic lyrics, resonating guitars, and a feeling of warmth.
chelsea is joined onstage by her beautiful friends & band - gerry rossi (lead guitar), ruby campbell (bass guitar, backing vox) & james love (drums, backing vox).
soma's secret are a brand new project based in brisbane/meanjin comprised of sofia giacoboni (vocals/guitar) and liam kenvyn (bass guitar), writing and performing atmospheric and stripped back compositions that draw from the duo's wide pool of sonic inspirations.
lily wade is an emerging indie songwriter and performer from brisbane. appearing as front woman of a three piece band, she will bring you a range of music inspired by the likes of julia jacklin, men i trust and phoebe go.
