Join us as The Rubens hit our brand new outdoor stage for a huge all ages show.

**Parking**  
On-site event parking is available for **$5 per vehicle**. Spaces are limited, so we recommend booking early when purchasing your tickets.

Event Conditions of Entry
-------------------------

• Patrons aged 18 years and over must present valid photo identification upon entry and whenever requested by staff or security.

• Patrons under 18 years of age must hold a valid ticket and be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.

• Accessible access and designated viewing areas are available. Please speak to event staff or volunteers on arrival if you require assistance.

• EFTPOS is available throughout the venue and all major debit and credit cards are accepted.

• On-site event parking can be purchased during the ticket checkout process. Spaces are limited. Paid parking helps fund traffic management and ensures the safe arrival and departure of guests.

• A shuttle bus from Maitland CBD will also be available. Pick-up location and timetable will be announced on our social media channels closer to the event.

• Chairs, picnic rugs and blankets are not permitted unless advised otherwise before the event. If space permits, this may change depending on ticket sales. Please keep an eye on our social media for updates.

• Event wristbands must be worn and remain visible at all times.

• No outside food or beverages are permitted. Sealed bottles of water are allowed unless otherwise advised.

• All patrons must hold a valid ticket or booking confirmation where applicable.

• This is an outdoor event and will proceed in most weather conditions. Please dress appropriately for sun, wind or rain.

• Bag inspections may be conducted upon entry. Prohibited items, including alcohol and outside food, will be confiscated.

• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) laws will be strictly enforced. Intoxicated patrons, or anyone purchasing alcohol for an intoxicated person, may be refused service, refused entry or removed from the venue without refund.

• A range of food and beverage options will be available throughout the event, including vegetarian and vegan options where possible.

• Please organise safe transport home before attending, whether that's a designated driver, taxi, rideshare or the event shuttle.

• Patrons removed from the venue due to anti-social, aggressive or inappropriate behaviour will not be entitled to a refund.

• Please respect fellow patrons, performers, venue staff and security, and share communal spaces fairly.

• Stay hydrated, especially during warmer weather, and look after your mates.

• The Regal Inn reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person who fails to comply with venue policies, RSA requirements or directions from staff or security.
