Ryan Daunt Trio

Join WAM nominee and WAAPA graduate Ryan Daunt at Lyric's Underground for an intimate night of original jazz trio music. Drawing influences from artists such as Avishai Cohen, Tigran Hamasyan, Hiromi, E.S.T, Tingvall Trio, Benedikt Jahnel Trio, and more, Ryan’s original music is a unique blend of styles, containing elements of jazz, contemporary, and classical music.

Ryan's debut album, ‘Fragile Information’, released in 2016, now has over 30,000 listens across streaming platforms. His latest album, ‘Essence’, launched at a sold out Ellington Jazz Club in 2021, received a WAM nominee for best Jazz Song of 2022, was rated 3.5/5 stars by All About Jazz, and was the RTRFM 92.1 feature album in July 2021.

Joined by Channel 7 Award for Jazz recipient Brodie Stewart on piano and National Jazz Award finalist Nick Abbey on bass, tonight will be a show not to be missed!
