On the Sun 8th Sept, it will be two years to the day that Her Majesty The Queen Ellizabeth II "Electric Boogaloo" passed. To mark this occasion, a respectfully debauched matinee performance will be taking place at The Last Chance.
BANJZIG blend the sound of the Pogues, Dubliner's and Planxty, with Misfits, Maiden, Sabbath and Motörhead. They are the top traditional Celtic-doom metal banjo band in the entire central Footscray area. The three-piece made up of three brothers from different mothers has recently been joined by Naf Only on bass.
The Connection Revue is an explosive, high-energy punk-stoner-blues-surf rock band. The lads exude raw energy and unique audio craftsmanship, mixed with a 'drinking in moderation' attitude that is rarely seen in the contemporary music scene.
Grug are Melb newcomers fresh outta the greenhouse, set to leave you equally confused and aroused with songs like 'Poo-Poo in my Shoe-Shoe' and fired-up for a fat slug with 'Get Rakk or Get Rekkkt'!
