Forming to play in a kitchen for a friend's 18th birthday party in the middle of 2023, Goodwin are a five-piece band fresh out of High School. The group offers the unique pairing of indie/alternative rock with a splash of funk driven by catchy guitar riffs and lyrical hooks. 

With a catalogue of originals under their belt, the quintet have been sharing their music with crowds all across Melbourne in 2024, ticking off iconic venues such as The Tote Hotel, The Evelyn Hotel, and The Retreat Hotel. 

The group plan to release their debut single 'Trampoline' later in the year, a track touching on the beauty of youth and troubles and complexities of growing up. Be sure to come witness Goodwin on the 7th of September as they grace the stage at The Leadbeater Hotel with local legends Berkely and Grommy.
