HARDWIRE returns with Kenji Takimi and Physical Therapy!
This week is wired a little differently with the legendary and enigmatic Kenji Takimi as well as Physical Therapy.
For those that have been clubbing in Eora for a minute you or your friends would have had an amazing night or two with Crue-l Records head honcho, Kenji at the helm.
As your favourite DJ's favourite DJ Kenji has performed for a tonne of key tastemakers over his illustrious decades long career; Rainbow Disco Club, NTS, Butter Sessions, Dekmantel, Resident Advisor, Noise In My Head, Crack Magazine and WAVE. As a champion of house, disco, balaeric and everything in between he's touring his second CRUE-L WAVE compilation record in the Crue-l Records 32nd year.
All the way from the US via NTS we have a true selector in all forms, Physical Therapy.
Curating, producing and performing across an incredibly wide array of genres, Daniel Fisher aka Physical Therapy, is one of the most versatile DJs in market. This has seen Fisher travel across the globe hitting all the prime time spots, from Boiler Room to Berghain, from HOR Berlin to RINSE FM.
His tastemaking journey started a decade ago in the NYC warehouse scene, which lead him to start his label Allergy Season which has since released the acclaimed Physically Sick compilations featuring artists like Yaeji, Octo Octa, Jayda G and Umfang. As a producer in his own right he's also released on our home grown favourites Butter Sessions, as well as had massive collabs with artists as like Nick Leon, Patrick Holland, Arca, and Mykki Blanco;
On main supports we have the tune man himself, Barney Kato, Prowl head honcho AU4R33Y.
On level 1 we have a lineup of DJs debuting at the Abercrombie. Leah Lily, Asiye, and Sandrine b2b 609ltr.
