Perth's hard rockin' desert sons BLACK KANYON drop red hot new release 'LEAVING HOME' September 21st at Perth's home of rock and roll; Amplifier Bar with support from Electric State, Viperchain, Taking Back Midnight & Stikz. 

Completely self mixed and mastered in house by BK's guitarist Tom Purdy; 'LEAVING HOME' showcases the bands inherent ability to combine searing guitar riffs with pounding drums, driving bass and soul shaking vocals that will have eager listeners hitting the dance floor while screaming along to the tunes memorable hook. Retaining their hard rock influences while embracing typical pop sensibilities.

The song speaks to the trials and tribulations of navigating your everyday life and trying to stay grounded all the while dealing with mental health problems of those closest to you and the impact this has on your own.
