### A celebration of Ravel’s 150th birthday and other French composers .

Pianists Daniel Le and Allie Xinyu Wang unite for a special afternoon concert to celebrate Maurice Ravel’s 150th birthday, with a program of French piano masterpieces. The recital showcases the rich history of French music, from the elegance of Ravel’s predecessors to his own innovative style.

Featuring Ravel’s _Miroirs_, a suite full of shimmering colours and emotions inspired by nature and light, as well as his dramatic _La Valse_ for four hands. Alongside Ravel, enjoy works by baroque composers Rameau and Couperin, whose music shaped generations of French composers. The evening also includes pieces by Nadia Boulanger, a key figure in 20th century music.
