Naarm shoegazers Sorry, Dave have released their debut album Sink and are set to launch it with a massive, ethereal, wall of sound show at The Tote upstairs along with very special guests Adored and Kite Vendor.

Sorry, Dave have been on the Naarm Shoegaze scene since 2019 and the album is a collection of their biggest and best songs over this time. Taking influence from Slowdive, My Bloody Valentine, Beach House and Radiohead the album showcases an eclectic collection of the band’s dynamic and song writing range.

Sorry, Dave keep the classic Shoegaze tropes of soft ethereal vocals over reverb drenched guitars alive while also taking inspiration from music outside the genre to take the songs in a unique direction. The album includes fan favourites such as the band’s heavier songs Simply Disappear and Harbourmaster as well as their more introspective and moving songs such as Always on My Mind.
