Ginjin And Mrs M

Mongolian rappers Ginjin and Mrs. M have significantly impacted the Mongolian music industry, becoming key figures since their official collaboration began in 2019 with the hit song "Ene Much." By 2024, they have produced 12 high-quality hit songs, each accompanied by captivating video clips that have resonated with a wide audience. Their 2020 song "Boroo" quickly became a summer anthem, reaching 1 million views on YouTube within just 10 days and earning the title of "Best Song" of 2020 by UB Radio Chart, a prominent program broadcast by UB Radio 102.5. In 2022, they took the stage at the National Sports Stadium in Ulaanbaatar for their full-length "Zunii Zugaa" concert, a major success that further cemented their status as top artists in Mongolia. Ginjin, a pioneering artist, introduced the Trap genre to Mongolia over the past 17 years and has continually expanded the boundaries of Mongolian hip hop by incorporating elements of drill and electro. His first mixtape album, released in 2008, set the stage for a prolific career, culminating in his 2019 album "Toos to Zoos," which he celebrated with his first solo concert. Known as the "Trap King," Ginjin's influence extends beyond Mongolia, having participated in Taiwan's prestigious "Golden Melody Awards" in 2019, where he collaborated with well-known rappers YZ from Taiwan and Dough-boy from Hong Kong. His English-language track "Yellow Django" has attracted international listeners, and he has been named "Best Rapper" of 2019 and 2023 by UB Radio Chart. Ginjin also starred in the documentary film "Journey to the West," which explores the lives of young Mongolian artists embodying modern hip hop while embracing their nomadic roots. The film won "Best Artistic Publication and Broadcast" at the "Silver Tree 2023" awards, further showcasing Ginjin's artistic influence. Mrs. M began her music journey in 2008 as a drummer with the band "Unicorn." She gained widespread recognition in 2014 after releasing "Tsor Gants" with producer and rapper Lil Thug E. Her debut album "Gentleman," released in 2016 under Slap Records, solidified her place in the Mongolian music scene. By 2018, Mrs. M had expanded her career internationally, signing with Hong Kong's B2 Talent Asia LLC. In 2019, she released her first English-language song "Tasty," produced by Silver Strike and released under B2 Music. The song received global attention and was featured in the "Urban Asia Vol.2" album by Vibe magazine and B2. Mrs. M also made waves as the only female headline artist at Mongolia's "XMF" music festival in 2019 and has performed alongside Ginjin at the "Playtime" festival, one of Asia's premier music events. The singles "Ene Much" and "Suvgaa soli," collaborations between Ginjin and Mrs. M, have remained popular since their release and are considered some of Mongolia's most influential tracks. The duo, who have captivated listeners with their innovative sounds since 2019, are set to release their collaborative album "Har Savkhi ba Hairiin Zahidal" in 2024. Following their successful "Ene Much" concert at the National Sports Stadium on August 17, 2024, Ginjin and Mrs. M are now planning a tour to bring their electrifying performances to fans in Australia. With hits like "Ene Much," "Suvgaa soli," and "Boroo" amassing over 10 million views on YouTube, Ginjin and Mrs. M are poised to make a memorable impact on the Australian music scene.
