Oldboy is the name reverberating through the underground right now. The human synthesiser bends the underworlds of garage, tech house, breaks, and electro into a singular, wigged-out melting pot of sound. His irrepressible grooves ripple far and wide across the murkiest dance floors.  
  
Gabriel Muñoz is carving out a space in the UK scene with raw energy and deep, driving grooves, blending distinct percussion, rolling 4x4 rhythms and warm basslines into a hypnotic, forward-thinking sound rooted in the underground. His high-momentum productions and performances have ignited dance floors at iconic venues, festivals and late-night radio, earning support from many artists and fast establishing himself as a key force shaping the future of the UK scene.

Captain Wallop launched his journey in 2024 with a breakthrough EP on Heavy Hitters, shaped by years immersed in the Leeds underground and a deep-rooted dancefloor education. His instantly recognisable style, built on innovative sampling, musical expertise and a light-hearted attitude, has resonated with a growing audience, showcased through his soundscape series that explores the connection between music and culture and has been backed by widespread industry support.
