In this ultimate guide, we'll walk you through the complete steps for getting into presale queues or pre-sale codes from some of the top ticket providers—Frontier Touring, Live Nation, Vodafone, Telstra, Ticketek and Amex etc.
Frontier Touring Presale
Step 1: Go to frontiertouring.com and sign up to make a free account.
Step 2: Verify account with email.
Step 3: Now logged in to frontiertouring.com, select the tour you are looking to buy tickets for, and your unique presale code will be on the page.
Step 4: Follow the links to the ticketing website, and paste your pre-sale code where needed.
Live Nation Presale
Step 1: Go to livenation.com.au and sign up for an account.
Step 2: Verify account with email.
Step 3: Once verified and logged in, search and select your tour on livenation.com.au
Step 4: When the presale has started, a ‘BUY TICKETS’ option will be on the screen, which will take you directly to the presale. No pre-sale code needed, just account logged in.
Vodafone Presale
Step 1: Go to vodafone.com.au/ticket and log in to your account (Vodafone customers only).
Step 2: Find your tour and enter in the prompts (email address and phone number linked with Vodafone account) and you will receive a pre-sale access code.

Telstra Presale
Step 1: Go to plus.telstra.com.au/tickets and log into your account (Telstra customers only).
Step 2: Once logged in, scroll down to Concerts and pick your chosen tour.

Ticketek Presale
Step 1: Go to premier.ticketek.com.au and sign up for an account in the top right corner.

Step 1: Download the MyOptus app and log into your account (Optus customers only).
Step 2: Once logged in, go to the Concert section and pick your chosen tour.

Whatslively Presale
