Ben Catley

With mesmerising guitar playing and an ecstatic stage presence, WA’s Ben Catley pours every ounce of his soul into his live show. Having toured all across Australia, New Zealand, UK and Asia, he captivates audiences like few other solo artists - having appeared on huge festival lineups, including Bluesfest Perth (w/The Doobie Brothers).

This May-June, Ben heads back to the east coast for a festival on the Sunshine Coast (w/John Butler, Nahko), along with QLD & NSW shows.

Having released tracks featuring the legendary WIM HOF, as well as Ash Grunwald and Tijuana Cartel, Ben’s music catalogue is as diverse as his live show. He is also often found performing with Si Mullumby (Wild Marmalade), who is widely regarded as one of the world’s best didge players.

While mostly known for his high energy acoustic style, Ben has recently been releasing collections of chilled, finger-style guitar instrumentals ‘Cloudcabins’, that he has weaved into his live set, creating a dynamic show of guitar craftsmanship.
