Baggy Trousers

Just back from touring New Zealand and after a sell-out show in 2023, Baggy Trousers brings back ‘The Sound of Madness’ to The Prince Bandroom, St Kilda on Friday 19th Jul 2024. You’ll love this journey back in time to the days of your mis-spent youth and the amazing upbeat two-tone ska/pop music sound. Get yer dancing boots on and be ready for the heavy, heavy monster sound of Madness.

London born, Baggy Trousers brings the look and sound of Madness live-shows and takes audiences back in time with classics hits such as Our House, Shut up, Bed and Breakfast Man, The Prince, House of Fun, Embarrassment, Cardiac Arrest, Madness, Wings of a Dove, Night Boat to Cairo, My Girl, It must be love, One Step Beyond, Baggy Trousers, and lots more from forty years of Madness. Australia’s premier Madness tribute, Baggy Trousers is the nearest thing to Madness you’ll get here in Australia. For media and more information visit www.baggy-trousers.com

Added to this, Melbourne’s longtime Ska band favourites, Loonee Tunes, bring us an amazing set of Ska bangers to get the party started. Loonee Tunes has shared the stage with iconic acts such as Strange Tenants, Bad Manners and Melbourne Ska Orchestra. The band has recently re-launched crowd favourite 'Remember' as a single and plans to soon release a new album including some classics, older live material and some great new cover tunes. Madness and so much more from the Loonies in just one night … you simply can't go wrong.
