ABOUT ADAM: Melbourne-based guitarist Adam Russo has been quietly carving out a niche as a gifted rhythm guitarist and banjo player in the city’s thriving traditional jazz scene over the last decade. Drawing influence from a wide spectrum of six-string slingers, from jazz greats like Julian Lage and Matt Munisteri to folk pickers like Molly Tuttle and Kenneth Pattengale, Adam can often be found performing with jazz manouche trio ‘Catfish’ or swinging hard with ‘The Swinging Cat’s Pyjamas’.
