Underage patrons must be accompanied by a sibling over 18 or a responsible adult over 21. One person is only able to be a guardian for two under 18’s, except for parents bringing their own children. The underage consent form will be available at a later date on our website. Kids 12 & under are free when attending with a ticket-holding adult, a maximum 2 children per adult. Underage patrons MUST be with their guardian at all times and if found without may run the risk of being sent home. We also highly encourage all underage patrons and guardians to camp in our "Mellow Meadows" allocated chill camp zone.
See underage info here.
CAN I UPGRADE MY TICKET?
Yes, if you wish to upgrade your ticket from a 2 Day to a 3 Day or 3 Day to 4 day ticket or to a camping ticket, you can so long as the ticket type you want is still available.
Contact Oztix at firstname.lastname@example.org for more info. This only applies to ‘upgrades’ i.e. moving from a 2 Day to a 3 Day ticket. This option is not available for those wishing to downgrade.
If you wish to downgrade, you can sell your ticket via Tixel!
We recommend the best and safest way to sell a ticket is via Tixel. Tixel protects both buyers and sellers from fraudulent sales. If someone refuses to sell through Tixel it is a pretty safe bet that they are a ticket scammer.
CAN I GET A REFUND?
Unfortunately, we don’t do refunds as stated in our terms and conditions that you can find on our ticketing page here.
TICKET QUESTIONS & ISSUES
If you have any issues or questions about your ticket please contact the lovely folks at Oztix at email@example.com or 1300 762 545. They’ll get back to you within 24hrs.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO GET IN?
You must bring along all the tickets you have purchased and have them ready to show at the gate. PITP requires ID when redeeming wristbands. You will need either a current driver's license, passport or government-issued proof of age card.
DO I HAVE TO HAVE MY NAME ON MY TICKET?
No, but the purchaser of the tickets will need to fill in their name and contact details during purchase.
ARE CAMPING AND CAR PASSES INCLUDED IN MY FESTIVAL TICKET?
This depends on the ticket type - Make sure you take extra care and select the correct ticket type depending on whether you wish to camp or will be bringing a vehicle to the event.
If you have any more questions about the festival, see our comprehensive FAQs here.
For the second time now, PITP will be hosted at our new beautiful home via lutruwita/Tasmania, Quercus Park! With more room for hay bales and plenty of bums.
