Minds Matter Festival

MKZ Productions, based on the sacred lands of the Awabakal and Worimi people, are proud to bring their ‘Minds Matter’ idea to life at the Hamilton Station Hotel for the first time. ‘Minds Matter’ event will showcase a total of 16 music acts, the majority residing in our beautiful Newcastle and Hunter region.

Keaton Boyce and Zoey Simpson, MKZ Productions, are partnering with Headspace Newcastle to aim to use the ‘Minds Matter’ event to fundraise and promote open conversations around mental health and well-being.

Headspace is a nationally recognised organisation that specialises in providing mental health support and services for young people aged 12 to 25. By partnering with Headspace Newcastle, MKZ Productions aim to direct the fundraising efforts towards a local initiative that directly impacts the community's youth, aligning with the event's mission.
