Kaitlin Keegan “Magpie” Tour
Off the back of the release of her stunning new single “Magpie”, Naarm-based/Boorloo-raised singer-songwriter Kaitlin Keegan has announced her first hometown headline show in over five years. Swinging into The Bird on Wednesday, April 17th, Kaitlin and her band will play songs from across her swoon-worthy, indie-pop catalogue, including her latest release, “Magpie”.
Based off a poem Keegan wrote, “Magpie” is about growing up, learning from mistakes, and a reminder to never make yourself small for the benefit of others. It was produced and mixed by Stephen Mowat (Tyne-James Organ) and mastered by George Georgiadis (Matt Corby) and follows Kaitlin's EP alone is too loud which saw triple j’s Abby Butler to declare, “Kaitlin, I’ll never get over your voice. Truly one of the best and most moving in the biz.”
Grab a ticket and don’t miss on a very special show from one of the country’s most special artists!
