‘A sound resonating with a new generation of Brits… Kenya Grace brings the drum ‘n’ bass genre to a global audience with their Gen-Z twist’ – Vogue

‘Strangers’ marks a sort of belated pop breakthrough moment for drum’n’bass – Billboard

Kicking off what promises to be an unforgettable year for the South African-born, British singer and producer, Frontier Touring is pleased to announce the debut Australian tour by the dazzling Kenya Grace – headed our way for the first time this autumn, for four special shows in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Fremantle this April/May 2024.

Kenya’s first visit to our shores follows the huge global success of her viral smash hit ‘Strangers’ – a song that first originated in her bedroom, before eventually soaring to the number one spot on the UK charts in October 2023 and, most recently, landing a Brit nomination for Song Of The Year. As only the second female artist in history – alongside Kate Bush – to achieve this feat as a sole writer, producer, and performer, it’s a heady start to the young performer, while in the USA ‘Strangers’ sat at #1 on the Billboard Hot Dance/Electronic Songs Chart for five straight weeks.

Kenya is a star on the rise, her addictive, atmospheric, drum’n’bass and trancey beats winning her hardcore fans, 712+ million global streams and earning a spot in the BBC’s ‘Sound of 2024’ list. With an electronic sound inspired by the illegal raves and house parties she attended as a teen, and artists such as Camo & Krooked and Chase and Status as inspiration, in 2024 Kenya is igniting her biggest, boldest, and brightest chapter yet… including a spot on the line-up for 2024’s Groovin’ The Moo festival, announced last week.

Signed to Warner Records’ flagship dance label Major Recordings, in 2023 Kenya sold out venues across the UK, Europe, and North America, with demand for shows proving so overwhelming extra dates were quickly added. A global phenomenon with over 2 billion views and 135 million global streams, ‘Strangers’ might have ushered in the arrival of a new name to watch, but her follow-up singles ‘Only In My Mind’ and ‘Paris’ were equally as impressive, earning millions of plays and further solidifying her stature alongside Kenya’s magnetic stage presence.
