FAQs for those coming to our XAVIER RUDD SHOW – PLEASE NOTE THIS IS AN OUTDOOR SHOW – LIMITED SEATING IS PROVIDED – PLEASE COME PREPARED TO STAND.
* Doors 6pm - Event finishes 10pm
* No pass outs
* Your wristband must be worn at all times
* No food or drinks to be brought in [sealed water is ok]
* Snack food can be brought in
* Examples of snack food are chips, lollies, cheese etc! Not full chickens, lamb roasts and other main meals. Our cafe caters to all dietary requirements. Specific food can be brought in for special medical or dietary requirements where required.
* If you are under 18 you must be with a responsible adult
* Bag searches will take place upon entry by security, this is a condition of entry [anything we deem dangerous will be confiscated] no alcohol or food can be brought in.
* ID required for entry, 18+ & ticket check
* BOH is an outdoor event with limited cover should it rain, please come prepared
* Responsible service of alcohol will be enforced, anyone stockpiling or showing signs of intoxication will be asked to leave with no refund this also goes for bad / rude behaviour
* We will have plenty of bars & food available on the day
* Plan your pick up after the event to get home
* Be kind and share your space, please don't take up room on the grass you don't need
* Look after each other and drink plenty of water if you're enjoying yourself
* If you have any items confiscated upon entry, you can collect them after the event when leaving
* Limited seating is provided, please get in early should you like to secure one.
* No blankets allowed
* Medical staff are at the event should they be required
* Free water is available around the event site and also at all bars + our medical tent
