Between The Tides Sunday W Josh Pyke

LEAVE ONLY YOUR FOOTPRINTS

Between the Tides is set along the picturesque coastline on Yuwibara Country in Cape Hillsborough, a mere 40 minutes north of Mackay. This world-first concert series spans two enchanting evenings, promising an intimate performance by Christine Anu on Saturday evening, followed by Josh Pyke on Sunday evening, with each artist supported by Ti****a Gostelow.

Taking place between two tidal movements, this unique, special event welcomes locals and travellers to Yuwi Nation to experience these music legends perform amidst the pristine beauty of this remote coastal setting. Together, we’ll create unforgettable memories, leaving nothing but our footprints behind.

Culturally guided by custodians of the Yuwibara Nation, this gathering is held in nature’s time. Witness the many expressions of country, some ancient, some contemporary, as you enjoy the sounds and sights created by artists who honour the ever changing, ever evolving landscape.

Locally crafted food and beverage, arts and crafts are available from the Gathering Space in the parklands. At dusk, the Yuwibara hosts will lead visitors onto the delicate sands where the concert will unfold.

The Gathering Space

Located at the parkland at the entry of Cape Hillsborough, patrons will first gather here for a pre-show immersive experience of food, art and culture featuring a range of local providers and artists. A bar and food stalls will offer delicious treats which can be enjoyed while listening to some local live entertainment. A small market will showcase some of the region's Aboriginal artisans and craftsmanship. Following the conclusion of the performance, patrons will have the opportunity to revisit this experience before departing.

The Concert Space

When the stage is ready patrons will be invited to make their way down to the scenic beach of Cape Hillsborough where Busby Marou will take us on a journey through their latest album release.

4:00pm - Gathering Space will host Food and Beverage and Music all with a local flavour & local acts until 5:30pm in the Gathering Space.

5:00pm - Ticket holders make their way to the Concert Space in the beautiful beach of Cape Hillsborough for
