Presqué Vu + More

Presqué Vu is a Sydney-based experimental rock quartet. Formed in 2019, the band released and toured their debut full length and and a two track cassette before the breakout of the global pandemic.

Amid the uncertainties of the last few years, the band has persevered and crafted a second full length album following 2022's Light Carrier EP. Titled 'Every Flightless Bird', the album offers a diverse sonic journey that swings from post-punk and dub minimalism, proto-metal grooves and widescreen, ambient textures. Vulnerable, poetic lyricism melodically and rhythmically weaves between these often challenging arrangements, bringing a cohesion and focus to the album's eight tracks.

After a Botany View show earlier in the year for lead single Life Burns High, the band will launch Every Flightless Bird at Kelly's on King this May with good friends Holy Forrest and Smallways.
