“Lé Club” Featuring Tama Sumo And Lakuti

Good Company Records and The Monarchy are delighted to welcome you (back) to “lé Club” – celebrating ten years of our unique brand of wacky, indulgent and “WTF!?” dancefloor joy with an evening of freewheeling dance in the gorgeous front garden of Walyalup's Fremantle Arts Centre.

FEATURING:
TAMA SUMO x LAKUTI (Berghain | Panorama Bar, Your Love, De)
SOPHIE MCALISTER (Swoon, Skylab Radio, Naarm)
SAKIDASUMI [LIVE]
LIVVY RATBAG x COOPER COOPER (Smoked Trout x Carolina Reaper)

This celebration of dance music’s queer roots features the return of Panorama Bar residents and “Your Love” founders Tama Sumo and Lakuti, back-to-back in Boorloo for the first time since bringing down the walls for Perth Festival / Planet X early last year!

SAT 6 APR 2024
4PM - 10PM

Free entry for First Nations people. Please email goodcompanyperth@gmail.com or DM @goodcoperth on Instagram

Good Company Records gratefully acknowledge the Whadjuk people of the Noongar nation as the traditional owners of the land on which we gather. Land which was never ceded.

We stand and pay respect to Elders past, present, and extend that respect to all young leaders. Always was and always will be: Aboriginal Land.

*A little backstory ~ lé Club ran intermittently and erratically for 31 parties between 2014 and (cw) 2020 before a premature eradication caused by she-who-must-not-be-named. A collaboration between notechno bros Good Company & aging queen The Monarchy, lé Club was wacky, indulgent, and also a little bit cute in the right lighting??

Our home was the legendary Connections Nightclub and over the years we had the pleasure of welcoming acts like Hunee, Prosumer, Avalon Emerson, Danny Krivit, Theo Parrish, Yu Su, The Fett Bros, DJ Sprinkles, Hashman Deejay, Cormac and many, many more. We celebrated good, bad and "OMG" drag with performers like Ash Baroque, Betty Grumble and Justin Shoulder. And our dancers always knew just what exactly to do!

So lé Clubbers, welcome back, to lé Club! We’ve missed you!
